Matcha & Pistachio Palmito Cookies

At Noka, we love adding white chocolate and matcha to everything! So we had fun jazzing up these Palmito cookies to make them one-of-a-kind, and even more indulgent!
It's fun and super easy to make.
Ingrédients
- Palmito cookies (1 pack)
- 50 g of white chocolate
- 1 heaping tsp of Le Pâtissier matcha
- Chopped pistachios
Préparation
Melt the white chocolate (in a double boiler or the microwave) and sift the matcha on top. Mix well.
Dip the Palmito cookies halfway into the matcha chocolate, then straight into the chopped pistachios.
Lay them flat on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for a few minutes to set.
Then enjoy!
