How to make matcha (easy peasy)!
Sift 1-2g (1.5-2 tsp) of matcha into our bowl
Add between 40 and 70ml of hot water (70°C)
Whisk in wave motion (M or W) with our bamboo whisk
Pour in a glass and add plant-based milk of choice!

Our matcha comes from Kagoshima, a mountainous region of Japan renowned for the excellence of its matcha.
After harvesting, it is briefly exposed to steam, dried naturally and then ground into powder using a stone mortar using the traditional Japanese method.
A so-called "ceremony" Matcha is a higher grade of Matcha that is specially grown, harvested, and ground into powder for use in a traditional Japanese ceremony.
Ceremonial grade Matcha is produced from the youngest and most tender tea leaves of the first harvest of the year.
This gives you a Matcha rich in flavor, nutrients, with a unique taste and an incomparable green color.
It's very simple!
Simply place the desired amount of matcha into your Noka Matcha bowl (usually 1 to 2 g). Then, add between 40 and 70 milliliters (a little) of hot water at 70 degrees, then mix vigorously in zigzag motions with the bamboo whisk to avoid lumps. And there you have it, pour the mixture into your Noka Matcha glass, adding according to your personal tastes plant-based milk, water, a mixture of the two or ice cubes. You can now enjoy your superb matcha, hot, cold or iced!
The Prestigious is an elegant matcha offering a gourmet and warm note. It is aimed at great matcha lovers looking for a refined taste experience .
Authentic is a very smooth matcha that's perfect for beginners. The perfect choice for matcha latte lovers.
L'Enchanteur is a fresh and floral matcha . Rather fiery, it is aimed at lovers more invigorating flavors.
There are different "grades" of matcha, corresponding to the powder's quality. Commercially available, the most common matcha grade is culinary grade, a lower, more bitter tea grade ideal for cooking and baking. Ceremonial grade is a higher quality for more traditional use or an optimal taste experience.
Premium matcha, on the other hand, offers a quality halfway between cooking matcha and ceremonial matcha (more expensive). It can be consumed daily, both pure and with vegetable milk.
In Japan, tea is generally produced from several selected varieties of tea plants (cultivars). A single cultivar is a tea that is produced using only one cultivar . Similarly, a single origin tea comes from a single growing region.
Single cultivar and single origin teas are the expression of a terroir, and reflect the living and fluctuating character of tea. Indeed, they have the particularity of presenting some flavor variations with each new harvest. Like wine, some tea lovers enjoy discovering new vintages each year. At Noka Matcha, the Enchanteur is a single cultivar (Yabukita)
Much like wine, whose flavor profile is heavily influenced by the "grape variety," or the variety of grapes selected to produce it, the flavor of matcha depends on the variety of tea plants used. These specific varieties are called "cultivars."
To produce matcha, it is not uncommon for raw tea from different cultivars and plantations to be blended by a tea master to achieve a unique and consistent flavor profile over the course of several harvests. This is called a “blend.”
The advantage of the blend is therefore to guarantee that consumers will find a tea with identical taste qualities every year. They can count on a matcha reference that they liked, without taking any risks the following year.
In Japan, the most popular cultivar is Yabukita, due to its great adaptability to any type of environment, and its resistance to cold.
