Breakfast
The croffle is a hybrid between a croissant and a waffle. Very popular in South Korea, it quickly spread around the world. It involves baking raw croissants in a waffle maker! It's absolutely delicious, and paired with a white chocolate sauce made with our matcha, it's simply wonderful!
It just might become your favorite breakfast!

Ingrédients
- 2 to 3 raw croissants
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 3 g of Le Pâtissier matcha
- A little neutral oil
- 1 waffle maker
Préparation
Let the croissants rise for about an hour so they puff up.
Lightly oil the waffle maker plates and cook each croissant separately for a few minutes.
In the meantime, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Once the chocolate is partially melted, turn off the heat and let it finish melting gently.
Sift the matcha over the melted white chocolate and whisk to combine everything.
Serve the croffles on a plate, add the matcha chocolate and enjoy right away.
