Matcha hot chocolate spoons

Fun, indulgent and incredibly easy to make, these hot chocolate spoons are sure to be a hit! Whether as a gift or just a treat for yourself, white chocolate and matcha is our favourite pairing at Noka!

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 5 g matcha Le Pâtissier
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Coloured sprinkles
  • Edible glitter (optional)
  • Small Christmas chocolates of your choice
  • Oat milk
  • An ice cube tray
  • Teaspoons
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie. Once it is partly melted, turn off the heat and let it finish melting gently.
  2. Sift the matcha over the top and whisk to combine.
  3. Pour the matcha white chocolate into the ice cube tray. Do not fill it to the top.
  4. Add the mini marshmallows, sprinkles and edible glitter. Push a teaspoon into the centre of each and finish with small chocolate shapes.
  5. Chill in the fridge for a few hours, then unmould and melt in a mug of boiling oat milk!

Use an ice cube tray with 5cm x 5cm cubes or smaller.
