Peach Matcha Latte

If you've been following us from the start, you know: at Noka, we love creating seasonal recipes and sharing matcha lattes that are a little out of the ordinary.

This time we've picked peach, and once again, matcha pairs perfectly with this fruit!

Matcha really is one of the most versatile ingredients🥰

  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 15 cl barista oat milk
  • 5 g Le Pâtissier matcha
  • 60 ml water at 70°C
  1. Cut the peach into small pieces, leaving the skin on.
  2. Put them in a jar with the vanilla sugar, stir a little and blitz with a stick blender to a purée.
  3. TIPS: no stick blender? Don't panic! You can roughly mash them with a fork in a shallow bowl.
  4. In your pouring bowl, add the matcha and water, and whisk everything with your chasen to get a smooth, lump-free, frothy mixture. Whisk for at least 1 minute.
  5. In your Noka glass, pour in the peach purée, add ice cubes, pour in the oat milk and finish with the prepared matcha.
  6. Stir and enjoy!

📝Alternative: you can also use peaches in syrup (tinned or jarred). That way you can make this recipe at any time of year, even when fresh peaches are out of season. In that case, leave out the vanilla sugar.

❗️Always remember to soak the tines of your whisk in very hot water before using it. This stops the tines breaking. Then rinse it under clean water after use.
